The time of water release in the vaginal duct must be indicatively between 15-20 seconds. A longer use have to be prescribed by your doctor.

It is recommended to douche only once a week, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

The vaginal cannula is disposable and it should be used only once and for hygienic reasons. 

During the douching, the water temperature should never be too hot or cold, at most 38 ° c

In case it is used by little girls, it is advisable to seek the advice of a pediatrician  and, in any case, it is necessary always the supervision by a parent.

The use of Pink Shower is absolutely not recommended in cases of: Post operative and post-menopause vaginal dryness; pregnancy; in health conditions that require special precautions, in some cases of skin hypersensitivity , caused by irritations, wounds, abrasions, surgical procedures and / or other inflammations.
 
And in the case of diseases that require special precautions, it is advisable to seek advice from your doctor before using this product.

After douching with Pink Shower, we recommend the topical application of lactobacilli. In case of recurrent vaginal infections, you should use vaginal tablets/suppositories, as prescribed by your doctor.
